    ABSTRACT Reported here are the genome sequences of Pseudomonas isolates that were derived from glyphosate-treated sediment microcosms. Genomes were assembled using workflows available through the Bacterial and Viral Bioinformatics Resource Center (BV-BRC). The genomes of eight Pseudomonas isolates were sequenced, with genomes ranging from 5.9 to 6.3 Mb.

    ABSTRACT Five metagenome-assembled genomes were obtained from the bottom waters of Echo Lake, Montana. These genomes suggest that lineages involved in methane oxidation and sulfur cycling flourish near the steep oxygen and methane chemocline in Echo Lake.

    ABSTRACT Here, we report the genome sequence of Tenacibaculum mesophilum strain ECR, which was isolated from the river/ocean interface at Trunk River in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The isolation and sequencing were performed as part of the 2016 and 2018 Microbial Diversity courses at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Massachusetts.

    ABSTRACT We report draft genomes of two bacterial strains in the genera Hyphobacterium and Reichenbachiella , which are associated with the diatom Cyclotella cryptica strain CCMP332. Genomes from these strains were 2,691,501 bp and 3,325,829 bp, respectively, and will be useful for understanding interactions between diatoms and bacteria.
